Snap the pad around your underwear with the tag side facing down.

Change every 2–6 hours, or as needed.

How Many Pads Do You Need?

For one menstrual cycle, we recommend:

6–12 small/medium pads

1–3 large pads Your ideal number depends on your flow and how long your period typically lasts.

Wash & Care Instructions

Wash pads before first use.

After changing, rinse or soak in cold water to prevent stains from setting.

Hand or machine wash on cold or warm.

Do not use fabric softener—it reduces absorbency and can cause repelling.

Avoid dryer sheets, as residue can transfer to pads.

Do not use bleach—it breaks down fibers and can damage the waterproof layer.

For stains, sun‑drying is the safest and most effective method.
